Physical products: Must be requested within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Digital products: All sales are final and non-refundable.

Return and Refund Policy

Physical Products

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@prettypagesco.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right ✨
